Live
Situation
Capture
A closed environment for examining live decisions
before they become outcomes.
Private by default.
Not retrospective.
Not performative.
A situation is brought in while it is still unresolved.
It is examined under controlled conditions.
Some of what is discussed is later released. Most is not.
This is not a podcast, an interview or a platform for sharing success.
Nothing is prepared. Nothing is shaped for an audience. Nothing is forced into coherence. There is no narrative to promote.
This Is What Actually Happens:
Each session involves a mandate holder responsible for a live situation.
The examination focuses on:
what is happening
how it is being interpreted
what meaning is being assigned
where distortion is present
what action is being taken under uncertainty
The objective is not to produce answers. It is to uncover what clear and to remove misperception.
There is a Method
Every session follows this sequence:
Full articulation: The situation is laid out without compression or narrative shaping.
Accurate reflection: Language is tightened. Assumptions are surfaced
Structural clarification: The underlying dynamics become visible.
Movement: Not discussed. Not prescribed. Left outside the session. Listeners may imply from relatable conditions.
The guest and the host don’t give advice. They don’t offer solutions.
Extracted Information
Public outputs are carefully extracted from selected sessions.
These include
distortion patterns
decision structures under real conditions
applied insight grounded in live environments
These are released as part of a broader knowledge system.
What is published is not the situation. It is what can be learned without exposing it.
Session Conditions
Every session operates under the following controlled conditions:
They are private by default
There is no live audience
There is no performative framing
Participants control exposure. Therefore, a session may remain fully private, or selectively published. When published, the guest determines the level of anonymity.
The integrity of the examination is protected and so is the position of the participant. Nothing is released without explicit agreement.
The Host
The role of the host is not to guide or advise.
It is to:
identify distortion
apply pressure to vague or inconsistent thinking
maintain precision under ambiguity.
The function is diagnostic, not prescriptive.
Process
If a session is agreed:
there will first be a short pre-conversation to establishes the situation scope.
then session is conducted privately.
After the session, the recording remains private by default.
any potential release is discussed separately.
nothing is published without agreement
No preparation is required by guests. They will be talking about a situation they are engaged with at the moment.
No framing is introduced
Participation Is limited.
This is only relevant if:
you are responsible for a situation that is still in motion
the decisions carry consequence
the outcome is not yet known
This is not for completed work, retrospective reflection or visibility or positioning
Selection of guests is based on the situation, not the individual.
